Louis Baxters is a cafe in Subiaco owned by Eamon Sullivan and Laki Baker. "The feel is New York Warehouse meets Contemporary Perth".
I had an Affogato accompanied with Spanish baked eggs and New Norica toast for breakfast. My affogato was amazing and the Spanish baked eggs were sooo delicious.
Affogato: Ice-cream and espresso.
Spanish Baked Eggs: Spicy tomato and chorizo sauce, fetta, almonds and parsley with baked eggs. Served with New Norcia toast.
